If in case of overseas recruitment, we require a demand letter in our overseas agent’s name and a power of attorney authorizing the agent to perform the recruitment process in favor of our client.

Also we require candidate specification in an additional sheet apart from demand letter to make our job easier and accurate. In that sheet, the employer must mention all the experience and qualifications of the candidate he is looking for.
